House clearance Zwammerdam

Today we cleared out this old building in Zwammerdam. Zwammerdam is a village in the municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn. This spacious owner-occupied home is located on the Oude Rijn and is therefore expected to be sold quickly. We have removed all furnishings and left the rooms broom clean so that the house is ready for sale. We also vacuumed where there is carpet, of course. See the before and after photos here:
